Custom On-Site Training
MPulse offers Custom On-Site Training tailored to your specific needs. With our custom courses, an MPulse engineer works directly with you to create a training plan that focuses on your organization’s goals. The program includes
Assured Implementation Program (AIP)
The MPulse Assured Implementation Program (AIP) is designed to support you through the critical start-up phase of the CMMS implementation process. It ensures an efficient and successful deployment. During this intensive, on-site program, you’ll work directly with an MPulse senior engineer assigned to your account, who offers in-depth, real-world experience. AIP is an opportunity to tailor your system to the unique needs of your organization, for a faster return on investment.
With AIP, the MPulse staff guides customers through the planning phase. Such proactive participation helps eliminate false starts or incomplete implementations. It includes:
Over the course of the AIP process, you’ll get a deeper understanding of your maintenance operations, offering you the opportunity to get the most out of your deployment.
Assess, Adjust and Implement (AAI) Program
A post-deployment evaluation can help MPulse customers identify areas in need of improvement, and offer functional solutions to maximize results. The MPulse Assess, Adjust and Implement (AAI) program is designed for current MPulse customers who want to improve their CMMS implementation by realigning it with their original goals.
With this hands-on program, you’ll work directly with the Customer Development Team (CDT)—an experienced group of MPulse consultants who provide the tools and resources you need to get the most out of your deployment.
The AAI program includes three main components:
Web-based Training
MPulse offers web-based training and education to keep your team informed and up-to-date on maintenance topics and MPulse products and services. The 'Core Four' training course is delivered in 4 weekly sessions with an assignment following each session. The assignment is an opportunity for the attendees to immediately put what they’ve learned into practice to advance their implementation. It has been our experience that customers with a basic understanding of the ‘Core Four’ areas of their MPulse system are equipped to begin addressing their primary needs. This course can be convenient for the user needing an in-depth introduction to MPulse or for the existing customer needing a refresher course. New courses start the first Monday of every month and can be attended in a group setting by SMA Program subscribers for no additional charge. For a small fee, customers can also request special scheduling or delivery to a single organization. .
